• Lead the development and implementation of human-centered design practices across various teams and portfolios, ensuring the consistent and impactful use of design thinking.

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in digital product design, with leadership experience across multiple teams, products, or domains.
• Advanced degree in HCI, human factors, or a related field.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
• Led design efforts for data-intensive, analytics, or AI/ML products.
• Led senior design teams in large, multi-business-unit enterprises.
