📋 Description

• Drive the future direction of our brand identity.

• Take ownership of the visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

• Develop, update, and enhance brand guidelines.

• Lead an upcoming project to refresh the brand.

• Create captivating visual assets for marketing initiatives and product launches.

• Supervise, guide, and expand the design team.

• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to maintain a cohesive brand experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of design experience, including 2–3 years in a senior or lead position.

• Track record of developing and evolving brand identities in high-growth companies, preferably in tech, mobile apps, or consumer goods.

• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and excellence in digital, print, and brand systems.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience in managing and mentoring designers, with a focus on team development.

• Solid grasp of visual design principles, typography, and storytelling.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and balance strategic planning with hands-on work.
