• Role Summary: We seek a skilled full-stack creative director to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will blend seamlessly with our dynamic team and contribute to various design projects.

• Key Duties: Develop Creative Strategies; Design Websites & Landing Pages; Create Ads; Produce Marketing Materials; Work on Branding.

• Additional Criteria: Location: Fully Remote; Language: Proficient in written and spoken English; Available during EST business hours

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing agencies (preferably in a fast-paced, multi-client setting)

• Proven history of designing for B2B marketing campaigns and assets

• Strong UX/UI skills and hands-on experience in creating conversion-focused websites and landing pages

• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance workflows and outcomes

• Ability to create brand style guides and maintain visual consistency across channels

• Connect creative work with performance analytics and business outcomes

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with designers, developers, marketers, and clients

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality work on time
