Creative Director, Art – Pharma Agency Experience Required

📋 Description

• Take on the role of Creative Director, ART, leading our creative team with a visionary approach

• Develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand vision and marketing objectives

• Inspire creativity within the team while focusing on delivering results

• Manage team dynamics to foster growth and great work through experience, empowerment, and autonomy

• Present creative solutions to client challenges persuasively

• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development and bias management


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing

• At least two years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a strong understanding of drug launches

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience

• Proficient in pharmaceutical marketing, including disease state, product science, industry standards, legal regulations, and competitive markets

• Experience with global campaigns is preferred

• Strong management and supervisory skills with a sense of humor

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI
