Creative Director, Design Keynotes – Events

📋 Description

• Taking the lead in visual thinking, quality control, and team mentorship for keynote programs

• Responsible for creative problem-solving, demonstrating creative leadership, and overseeing project team leadership

• Driving creative excellence in design-centric workflows and deliverables

• Leading visual creatives to ensure work products are both functional and aesthetically pleasing

• Collaborating with various disciplines within AG to represent Article Group to clients

• Staying updated on emerging design trends in the event industry

• Enhancing design methodologies, processes, and overall output

• Serving as a reliable resource for designers within the agency

• Bringing design expertise to create and elevate work for clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of design experience, with at least 3 years in a Creative Director or senior creative leadership position

• A portfolio highlighting keynote and large-scale event presentations

• Experience in on-site creative leadership at live events, capable of managing unexpected situations during production

• Proficiency in expert-level PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with familiarity in Keynote, Google Slides, and Figma

• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor designers, motion designers, and other creatives while providing valuable feedback for improvement

• Experience in collaborating across different functions, particularly with strategy and account leads
