• Collaborate with various internal teams to bring high-level creative visions to life across a range of projects from inception to completion.
• Lead the development of concepts for campaigns and provide guidance for your team to refine innovative ideas.
• Manage client relationships and expectations, acting as a dependable source of information on project status and creative assets.
• Gain a thorough understanding of your design team's capabilities and strengths to actively contribute to resource planning and overall utilization of the creative team.
• Supervise teams of 4-8 individuals across multiple fast-paced projects.
• Drive the strategic planning of client projects and explore new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver presentations to high-profile clients when necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that work remains cutting-edge and future-focused.
• Work closely with production, technology, and animation teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to their fullest potential.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a creative role within an agency or design studio.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
• Well-rounded designer with a solid grasp of design principles and the ability to convey a brand narrative through various mediums.
• Possess a high standard of quality in all aspects of work.
• Strong conceptual thinker with demonstrated experience creating designs in various 3D mediums based on open briefs.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the capacity to foster open and effective communication channels internally and with clients, especially in remote settings.
• Proven track record of exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in industry-standard design and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Slack.
