• Lead the In-House Creative Team by recruiting, mentoring, and developing designers, writers, and video/content creators to foster innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
• Develop top-notch creative content for various touchpoints such as design, brand, web, social media, events, product, interface, and more.
• Assist in leading and managing both internal and external teams in creative strategy, execution, and production.
• Own and drive the creative vision aligned with company and business unit strategies to ensure all campaigns are on-brand and on-message.
• Work with various Ai platforms creatively and operationally.
• Create and execute integrated creative campaigns for various purposes across different channels.
• Uphold and enhance brand standards for consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across touchpoints.
• Supervise creative project workflows from concept to delivery.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and executive teams to convert business objectives into compelling creative strategies.
• Use creative performance data and market insights to enhance effectiveness and drive ROI for marketing assets.
• Supervise external creative vendors and agencies to ensure alignment with internal capabilities and brand guidelines.
• Implement scalable creative processes and best practices to enhance quality, speed, and collaboration organization-wide.
• Must have over 10 years of creative leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS, or technology sectors.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas through impactful storytelling.
• Demonstrated track record of overseeing high-performing creative teams in design, video, copywriting, and web development projects.
• Experience in leading and managing creative strategy, execution, and production teams.
• Collaborative leader with a balance of creativity, discipline, and accountability.
• Proficient in design thinking, brand development, digital marketing, and multimedia production.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with multiple business units and product lines.
• Experience in managing creative budgets and agency/vendor relationships.
• Skilled in modern creative and production tools (Ai Platform, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, web CMS platforms, project management software, etc.).
• Experience in management, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, multitasking, and adapting to change.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
