📋 Description

• Take charge of leading the creative team to develop and execute innovative concepts

• Supervise projects that are in line with the brand's vision and marketing goals

• Drive innovation in healthcare marketing by inspiring the team

• Provide guidance and autonomy to the team based on experience

• Effectively present creative solutions to clients

• Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing

• At least two years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on drug launches

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, including disease states, product science, legal considerations, and competitive landscapes

• Background in working with therapeutic clients

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience

• Proven track record of strategic and visually appealing work

• Management and supervisory skills with a sense of humor

• Knowledge of both creative and strategic aspects of advertising and leadership
