📋 Description

• Take charge of the UX/UI strategy for the company's digital products.

• Create user-centric experiences rooted in research, data, and industry standards.

• Establish and uphold design systems, style guides, and UI norms.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into design solutions.

• Supervise design quality through all phases: research, wireframes, prototypes, UI, and developer handoff.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to UX/UI designers as needed.

• Advocate for user research, usability testing, and ongoing enhancements.

• Ensure visual and interaction consistency across various platforms (web and/or mobile).

• Demonstrated track record in leading UX/UI projects or teams.

• Solid background in digital product design for web or mobile platforms.

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent).

• Experience with design systems implementation.

• Familiarity with product design methodologies, design thinking, and agile processes.

• Strong communication skills for presenting design choices to technical and business stakeholders.

• Portfolio showcasing design process and results.

• Desirable: Background in UX research and user testing.

• Experience collaborating with product teams or startups.

• Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices.
