• Define key performance indicators to evaluate creative impact, and implement innovative creative technologies and AI tools
• Build, mentor, and manage a top-tier creative team, fostering career growth and fostering collaborations with external partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business and medical concepts into compelling creative solutions
• Oversee all creative initiatives including campaigns, digital experiences, product design, and content creation
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in the creative field, with at least 3 years in team management
• Proven track record of brand-building in health, wellness, technology, or premium consumer sectors
• Expertise in brand development, visual systems, and executing multi-channel creative strategies
• Experience in developing efficient creative operations that prioritize quality and speed
• Portfolio showcasing impactful creative work with tangible business outcomes
• Proficient in digital-first creative approaches and emerging platforms
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (MFA or higher degree preferred)
• Authorization to work in the United States or Canada required; visa sponsorship not available
