• Maximus is a purpose-driven telehealth company focused on consumer performance medicine, offering content, community, and clinical support to enhance health, wellness, and hormonal balance

• Lead the establishment of Maximus as the leading brand in performance medicine by developing and executing creative strategies and systems

• Shape and refine Maximus's visual identity across various platforms, creating comprehensive brand standards and a brand book

• Develop and manage a streamlined creative asset creation process, ensuring a balance between quality and efficiency

• Define key performance indicators to evaluate creative impact, and implement innovative creative technologies and AI tools

• Build, mentor, and manage a top-tier creative team, fostering career growth and fostering collaborations with external partners

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business and medical concepts into compelling creative solutions

• Oversee all creative initiatives including campaigns, digital experiences, product design, and content creation

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in the creative field, with at least 3 years in team management

• Proven track record of brand-building in health, wellness, technology, or premium consumer sectors

• Expertise in brand development, visual systems, and executing multi-channel creative strategies

• Experience in developing efficient creative operations that prioritize quality and speed

• Portfolio showcasing impactful creative work with tangible business outcomes

• Proficient in digital-first creative approaches and emerging platforms

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (MFA or higher degree preferred)

• Authorization to work in the United States or Canada required; visa sponsorship not available
