• Work closely with Account Managers and Producers to align creative work with project requirements and constraints.
• Bridge the gap between creative vision and production feasibility, ensuring a balance between concept and execution.
• Lead pitch development and client presentations, driving the creative narrative forward.
• Incorporate digital and interactive elements into spatial experiences as needed.
• Uphold the highest aesthetic and experiential standards in all creative outputs.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in retail design, live communication, and brand activation.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in creative direction, experiential design, or brand environments.
• Demonstrated success in developing concepts for retail, pop-up, or brand activation projects.
• Proficient in spatial design, live communication, and enhancing consumer experiences.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide creative teams effectively.
• Comfortable in client-facing roles, with experience in leading presentations and pitches.
• Familiarity with concepting tools like Adobe Creative Suite and presentation platforms (Keynote, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interpret 3D or spatial drawings (Rhino, SketchUp, Vectorworks, etc.); hands-on 3D modeling skills are a plus.
• Strong visual acumen, brand comprehension, and storytelling prowess.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
