Creative Manager

📋 Description

• Take the lead in developing creative assets for talent marketing campaigns across various platforms such as digital, print, video, and social media

• Ensure that all creative outputs are in line with the company's brand guidelines and employer branding strategy

• Provide creative guidance and feedback to internal teams and external partners to maintain a high standard of work

• Collaborate with the GE Aerospace Brand team to synchronize talent marketing initiatives with the corporate branding strategy

• Work with Talent Acquisition to create targeted campaigns that appeal to a diverse talent pool

• Coordinate with different teams to ensure a consistent messaging approach across all communication channels

• Design and manage career website pages using Phenom People CMS

• Develop and optimize email templates and event materials using Phenom People CRM to support recruitment marketing efforts

• Create compelling content that showcases the company's culture, values, and career prospects

• Manage the entire creative process from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project delivery

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and resources

• Monitor and analyze the performance of creative assets to enhance future campaigns

• Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in talent marketing

• Advocate for the employer brand, ensuring that all creative materials reflect the company's mission, vision, and values

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in creative design, marketing, or branding, with a specialization in talent marketing or employment branding

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with Phenom People CMS and Phenom People CRM

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative work in digital, print, video, and social media platforms

• Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles for website design and email templates
