• Assist the Design Manager in coordinating daily project activities across various disciplines
• Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes with the goal of eventually taking ownership
• Take accurate technical notes during interdisciplinary meetings and verify with discipline leads
• Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, tracking decisions, risks, and action items
• Proactively manage and communicate project changes internally and externally
• Serve as backup for the Design Manager as needed
• Coordinate design meetings using various platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet
• Organize project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and drawing revisions
• Assist with specification edits, data entry, and updates in reporting systems
• Develop tracking mechanisms and suggest process improvements
• Aid in developing technical and financial proposals for new data center projects
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years working in A/E firms
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Architecture License required
• 4 years of experience in design or project management
• 1 year in colocation or hyper-scale data center design management/engineering
