• ** Responsibilities:**
• - **Lead the Creative Vision for the Game:** Direct and guide designers in various design areas such as systems, gameplay, and level design. Collaborate with other Directors, Leads, and team members to ensure the game vision is achieved at the highest quality.
• - **Ensure Quality with Efficiency:** Introduce features and content to players efficiently. Evaluate all aspects of game design rigorously to maintain quality while meeting commitments and deadlines.
• - **Manage and Mentor Design Team:** Directly manage design leads, mentor designers, and lead by example in fostering a culture of problem-solving and collaboration within the team.
• - **Develop an Outstanding Design Team:** Work with HR and other managers to identify talent gaps, set performance benchmarks, and establish best practices within systems design.
• - **Act as the voice of design:** Communicate goals, designs, and progress of the design team across different team structures and disciplines.

• - **Experience in Competitive MP/Live Service Games:** Bring practical design experience from competitive titles and understand post-launch design challenges.

• - **Deep Knowledge of Multiplayer Game Design:** Proficient in contemporary AAA shooters and MOBAs design elements.
• - **Excellent Communication Skills:** Clearly convey thoughts and directions verbally and in writing.
