📋 Description

• Lead design teams in creating and delivering exceptional work while maintaining a hands-on approach

• Utilize expertise in product design, design systems, and human-centered design to refine and guide projects

• Offer clear and actionable feedback to elevate the quality of design output

• Collaborate with Account Directors to align design strategies with client objectives

• Serve as a trusted design advisor, guiding clients through the design process and presenting to stakeholders

• Implement service design and change management principles to enhance design recommendations

• Partner with Partnerships to scope work and provide strategic insights for business growth

• Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance design culture; recruit, mentor, and develop Design Leads

• Represent Metalab in the design community to attract talent and new business opportunities

• Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring design teams through complex challenges while maintaining high standards

• Strong communication and presentation abilities to align and influence diverse stakeholders

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business priorities and deliver value

• Active involvement in the design community, sharing insights through various platforms

• Passion for inclusive design practices and fostering a collaborative team environment

• Knowledge of change management and service design principles

• Strategic thinker with contributions to business development and client relationships

• Technical expertise in various design areas including UX Design, Visual Design, and Product Strategy

• Experience in defining scalable design systems and leading brand strategy workshops
