• Develop and centralize the design strategy for Brazil, ensuring alignment across various business units.
• Create and maintain a consistent design system for Brazil in collaboration with the app team and product squads.
• Collaborate with senior leaders in GM, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business to align design initiatives with company goals.
• Recruit, oversee, and mentor senior design leaders to maintain a balance between creativity and operational efficiency.
• Lead the standardization of design processes within medium-to-large team structures and diverse product lines.
• Provide strategic vision and hands-on creative direction for high-level design frameworks and detailed execution.
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop hiring plans, structure proposals, and establish governance for design in Brazil.
• Maintain a clear and confident design point of view through collaboration and decision-making.
• Support operational and product-oriented aspects of the core design organization to enhance efficiency and creative impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in design leadership roles within global technology or digital product organizations.
• Proven track record in building, restructuring, or optimizing design functions in complex environments.
• Experience managing medium-to-large design teams and design systems across multiple products.
• Ability to work effectively in global app environments and collaborate across disciplines.
• Familiarity with Latin American markets is a plus.
• Proficiency in design systems, UX/UI principles, and product integration across platforms.
