📋 Description

• Manage 1-3 UI/UX projects for branded e-commerce websites.

• Focus on creating branded UI, conversion-driven UX, and clear design approaches.

• Present design concepts to clients, justifying design decisions based on UX principles.

• Independently handle design projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met and collaborating with developers for implementation.

• Establish component systems and uphold design guidelines for consistency.

• Lead a team of designers, providing guidance in strategy, project management, and design feedback.

• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members for client assessments, feedback, and career development.

• Maintain high-quality design standards within the team, emphasizing visual excellence, UX proficiency, and timely delivery.

• Collaborate with various teams to create project plans, understand business goals, and address client concerns.

• Enhance internal processes for client work in conjunction with the Director of Creative, offering training and feedback to improve team skills.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6+ years of senior-level web design experience in e-commerce, with at least 1 year of team management preferred. Proficient in responsive web design.

• Digital portfolio demonstrating web design and branding abilities, including color theory, composition, and typography.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

• Experience collaborating with developers and documenting designs for development hand-off.

• Comfortable with client interactions in English, including leading discovery calls and addressing feedback.

• Skilled in providing constructive feedback and guiding team members to enhance their work.

• Ability to solve complex problems, understand business challenges, design effective solutions, and execute them efficiently.

• Proficient in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and Variants. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) required. Bonus points for knowledge of HTML/CSS or frameworks like Tailwind.
