📋 Description

• Lead the design process from project initiation to completion

• Conduct client presentations and facilitate discussions on project deliverables

• Challenge the status quo and encourage clients and colleagues to think creatively

• Collaborate with Project Delivery Managers and Client Partners to define project requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product design experience in a leadership role at a digital agency or consultancy

• Proficiency in UI/UX principles, best practices, and design tools like Figma

• Strong interaction design skills using tools such as After Effects, Principle, Framer, or Origami

• Portfolio showcasing expertise in UX and visual design

• Ability to lead and facilitate understanding among team members

• Experience translating stakeholder goals and user research into user-friendly interfaces

• Up-to-date knowledge of desktop and mobile design trends

• Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts to clients and team members

• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and handling complex client briefs

• Open to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement
