Design Manager

📋 Description

• Manage consulting projects from client identification to final invoicing

• Collaborate with Business Partner, Director of Project Delivery, and Project Managers

• Analyze client data to inform design solutions

• Create site/massing diagrams for conceptualization

• Guide design iterations and advise on additional fees

• Review architectural and engineering documents for compliance

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Minimum 4 years of design management experience

• Preferred: Registered Architect or Licensed Interior Designer

• At least 2 years of healthcare design experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Bluebeam

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Experience with emerging AI tools highly desirable
