• BA degree in Visual Arts, Digital Media, or equivalent experience
• Online portfolio showcasing high-level art direction and hands-on digital content creation, including AI-enhanced work
• Strong digital design instincts and performance-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Experience with AI-powered audio editing tools and automation workflows
• Solid understanding of digital platforms, performance metrics, and content optimization
• Knowledge of design fundamentals and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively and strong communication skills
• Track record of accountability in remote work environments
