• As the Digital Creative Director for a prominent financial services institution in MENA, you will lead creative vision and deliver innovative design solutions that resonate with clients and audiences. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create compelling digital experiences and foster a culture of creativity and inspiration.
• Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the creative team, developing a cohesive creative strategy, overseeing project execution, collaborating with clients, staying updated on industry trends, and providing feedback for quality control.
• Minimum of 8 years in a creative role, preferably in a digital agency or tech-driven environment.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and managing large-scale digital projects. Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital mediums.
• Excellent communication skills, deep design understanding, familiarity with digital marketing strategies, and user experience best practices. Willingness to explore new creativity methods and ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Previous experience with larger brands and digital products is advantageous. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fully Remote with occasional travel (once in 2 months) if needed
