• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product design, including at least 7 years of building, mentoring, and leading successful design and UX teams.
• Ability to align design choices with business goals, analyze trade-offs across different timelines, and influence organizational strategies.
• Well-defined perspective on design craftsmanship and its evolution in the realm of AI technologies, with a focus on maintaining high standards in design practices.
• Extensive background in designing enterprise software, understanding the intricacies and challenges involved in catering to professional users.
• Demonstrated expertise in interaction design, visual design, research, and product strategy, supported by a portfolio of impactful projects.
• Proven track record of collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams on strategic initiatives and operational implementations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively lead teams, influence peers, and articulate design concepts to non-design audiences.
