• Sezzle is on a mission to empower the next generation financially by revolutionizing the shopping experience with cutting-edge technology and interest-free installment plans.

• The role involves leading product design direction across web and native apps, utilizing AI/ML and a design system to enhance conversions and usability.

• Compensation for this role ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 USD per year, with specifics dependent on factors like education, experience, and alignment with market data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of experience in product/UX design, including leadership roles.

• Demonstrated success in designing high-volume consumer fintech, e-commerce, or subscription products with measurable outcomes.

• Deep understanding of graphic design principles, AI-assisted design tools, and multi-platform design systems.

• Comfortable interpreting data to drive design decisions and exceptional communication skills linking design choices to business impact.

• Nice to have: Experience in lending/payments, React Native handoff, and public thought-leadership.
