Director of Product Design

📋 Description

• Lead the development and supervision of our product design team

• Collaborate with various departments including product, data, marketing, engineering, and operations

• Create user-centric design solutions informed by research, member feedback, and industry standards

• Present design concepts and articulate design intentions through specifications and presentations

• Manage and enhance our design system to promote scalable design solutions for product, brand, and marketing

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in user experience design within a product-focused organization

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting and directly supervising design professionals

• Proven track record in leading the development and testing of new products and feature upgrades

• Extensive experience in planning and executing user research initiatives

• Strong written communication skills for sharing insights and advocating for strategic decisions

• Proficiency in designing for web and mobile platforms

• Familiarity with technical and usability considerations for desktop and mobile design
