• Provide expertise in discovery and design to expedite product UX team efforts
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to align on strategic goals, product roadmaps, and design priorities
• Implement design metrics aligned with Grid SW standards for measuring success
• Utilize the GridOS design system to ensure design deliverables meet business goals and enhance user productivity
• Drive comprehensive product experience concepts to support user workflows and develop added-value services
• Create detailed design documentation and communication materials for project stakeholders
• Share best practices, processes, and toolkits with other design teams while promoting UX best practices
• Embrace lean and agile methodologies to align with Grid SW standards and continuously improve processes
• Cultivate relationships with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback for product enhancements and innovations
• Advocate for a user-centered approach to problem-solving within the organization
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into design strategies and initiatives
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a relevant design discipline or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design with at least 2 years in a leadership and management role
• Proven track record of managing complex design projects in a matrixed organization with enterprise-level impact
• Deep understanding of people-centered design principles and methodologies in industrial domains
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration platforms like Miro
