Director of User Experience, UX

📋 Description

• Take the lead in conceptualizing, overseeing, and improving the user experience

• Combine hands-on design tasks with leadership responsibilities

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to a team of UX/UI designers

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders from various departments

• Establish and refine design processes and workflows for optimal efficiency

• Conduct user research activities to gain valuable insights

• Ensure the consistent delivery of user-centric designs

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX/UI design

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position

• Proficient in Figma or similar design tools

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise with SaaS platforms

• Knowledge of agile methodologies

• Proven track record of leading and guiding design teams

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams
