• Set new standards for design excellence, refreshing and modernizing our brand, AgelessRx, through forward-thinking concepts.

• Establish and enforce design guidelines, constantly evolving them to stay ahead of the curve.

• Inspire and empower the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, and excellence.

• Recruit top-tier design talent to elevate the team’s capabilities continuously.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Medical teams to create a longevity platform that empowers over 10,000 patients to make proactive health decisions.

• Craft visually stunning interfaces that engage users and encourage return visits.

• Transform complex data into compelling stories through animations and visuals that guide users seamlessly through content.

• Infuse every interaction with life, using motion design to make users feel valued and appreciated.

• Architect and enhance AgelessRx’s design system to ensure consistent experiences across products and marketing channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience leading UI design for digital products, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or telehealth, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful digital experiences.

• Mastery of UI design, including complex interfaces, visual systems, and data-driven projects, demonstrated in an exceptional portfolio.

• Ability to create visually striking, user-centric interfaces that drive engagement and evoke positive emotions.

• Showcase 3-5 projects with examples of user delight.

• Proficiency in translating complex data into visually compelling graphics and interactive components.

• Experience in designing interactive components, transitions, and animations that enhance user experience and brand identity.

• Skill in identifying and hiring top design talent.

• Passion for improving longevity and healthcare, delivering preventive care to millions.

• Ability to bring structure to chaos, from concept to launch, without losing creativity.

• Experience in translating ideas into scalable products that ship and scale successfully.

• Expertise in design systems architecture and building comprehensive component libraries.

• Strong executive communication skills and cross-functional design leadership experience.

• Proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping tools, with knowledge of front-end technologies.
