📋 Description

• Develop and lead a comprehensive design and UX vision that fosters innovation and aligns with CompanyCam’s objectives.

• Collaborate with senior management to formulate, communicate, and advocate for product design strategies across different time frames.

• Manage, mentor, and expand the Product Design team, promoting a culture rooted in skill, teamwork, inclusivity, and constructive feedback.

• Recruit, onboard, and nurture talented designers while cultivating an environment of psychological safety and continuous growth.

• Establish procedures and frameworks that enhance design standards, quality, exploration, and delivery.

• Advocate for design thinking and user-centric design principles company-wide.

• Implement mechanisms to assess design impact and effectively convey design value to stakeholders.

• Enhance design excellence by evaluating current experiences and pinpointing areas for enhancement.

• Demonstrate high-quality feedback, criticism, and interdisciplinary collaboration to bolster team dynamics.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Product Ops, and Data teams to guide projects from inception to completion.

• Modernize design practices to incorporate new technologies like AI prototypes, voice interfaces, and emerging UX trends.

• Strengthen shared design systems to ensure consistent user experiences across product teams.

• Establish and bolster user testing and exploration practices to prioritize customer needs.

• Share insights, opportunities, and recommendations with senior management.

• Lead by example, showcasing excellence in UX strategy, craftsmanship, and cross-functional cooperation.

• Promote alignment and cooperation across departments to maintain productive product development cycles.

• Ensure designers actively engage, strategize, and influence outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 10 years of design experience with a portfolio highlighting intuitive, visually captivating product experiences.

• Have 3–5 years of experience leading designers and design managers, with a track record of nurturing talent and forming high-performing, psychologically secure teams.

• Demonstrate confidence and proficiency in performance management, offering clear guidance and accountability.

• Exhibit a strong design foundation and aesthetic, showcasing skill, simplicity, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Deep knowledge in UX strategy, systems thinking, and scaling design practices across teams.

• Proven ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering counterparts on strategy and implementation.

• Solid understanding of design systems, patterns, and technical feasibility.

• Experience in user research, qualitative methods, and translating insights into decisions.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
