⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in user experience, design, or related field.

• 10+ years of product design experience with a focus on engaging solutions.

• 5+ years of team management experience, scaling teams and developing high-performing individuals.

• Deep understanding of user-centered design processes and consumer-focused digital experiences.

• Direct experience driving strategic business outcomes through app design, particularly in the health sector.

• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and collaborate effectively.

• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges.

• Appreciation for design standards and tools to enforce brand consistency.

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Expertise in integrating AI, ML, or automation in design workflows and product experiences.
