• Minimum 10 years of product design experience, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
• Track record of shaping design strategy for B2B or B2B2C products with high usability standards.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, and guiding designers through the design process, emphasizing design exploration and documentation.
• Proven ability to scale design organizations and systems in a cross-functional team setting.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining multi-platform design systems, with a focus on user delight.
• Expertise in designing AI/ML-powered products that prioritize problem-solving and customer trust.
