• Utilize cutting-edge front-end technologies to create engaging SalesForce experiences

• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams throughout the entire product development process

• Identify and prioritize initiatives that have the most significant impact on design and engineering

• Develop tools and frameworks for broad use by design and engineering teams

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, conduct research, and provide recommendations for implementation

• Stay abreast of design and brand trends, working closely with creatives and designers to ensure design goals are met and exceeded

• Clearly communicate project status, risks, and challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in design and development

• Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams to address customer challenges through various design processes

• Familiarity with customer journeys and identifying touchpoint opportunities

• Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas and data

• Proficiency in Figma and other contemporary design tools

• Extensive experience in JavaScript, with 5+ years of professional experience building websites and web applications using modern frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Node, TypeScript, SASS, etc

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes

• Portfolio showcasing project involvement
