• Supervise generative and evaluative research strategies to guide design decisions
• Encourage an experimentation mindset for continuous improvement and innovation
• Work with partners to create personalized and data-driven experiences
• Stay updated on design, health-tech, and mental health trends for potential opportunities
• Minimum of 10 years experience in product/experience/service design, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven success in scaling and managing design teams in diverse disciplines
• Experience in highly-regulated domains such as healthcare, wellness, and fintech
• Expertise in user-centered design, design systems, and research methodologies
• Ability to communicate design vision effectively and influence strategy at executive levels
• Strong operational skills in establishing processes, metrics, and design governance
• Genuine passion for improving mental health access and equity
