• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager and Google Studio.
• Proficiency in email CMS and low-code email builders.
• Knowledge of contributing to or overseeing design systems.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email or banner production.
• Expertise in optimizing creative for performance marketing goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 8–10 years of experience in digital design, with leadership and direct management background.
• Demonstrated proficiency in email and/or media banner ecosystems.
• Experience with modular, component-based design systems.
• Ability to manage and mentor team members while actively contributing to production.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Collaborative experience with Strategy, Brand, Project Management, and Development teams.
