• We are seeking GenAI Art Directors to lead a team of Gen AI Creators and utilize the Pencil platform to produce top-notch, high-performing ads for both enterprise clients and small businesses.

• Candidates must possess extensive expertise in GenAI tools and their applications for creators, the advertising industry, and marketing clientele.

• A key indicator of success in this role will be the ability to inspire the team with innovative solutions consistently.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the development of advertising creatives

• Proficiency in GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper, etc.

• Familiarity with GenAI methodologies like model selection and prompting

• Prior exposure to leveraging GenAI for real-world advertising creatives

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud

• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated proficiency in team management

• Candidates with previous agency experience will be given preference

• Exceptional written English skills for effective communication with clients and team members

• Collaborative mindset with a team-oriented approach and optimism towards the role of GenAI in fostering creativity
