• Must have 10+ years of experience in a similar industry role (previous CD or GCD experience)
• Demonstrated leadership in building and mentoring diverse creative teams
• Strong communication skills for engaging and motivating clients, team members, and peers
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
• Skilled presenter with experience in pitching creative ideas
