Head of Brand Design

📋 Description

• Responsible for enhancing and maintaining the visual identity of Deutsche Hilfsbund

• Ensuring uniform design excellence across various platforms

• Creating and managing design templates for presentations, pitches, campaigns, reports, and digital media

• Conducting quality checks on all visual materials before publication

• Collaborating closely with Communications and Campaigns teams for visual content alignment

• Establishing an efficient design workflow for a small team

• Leading and growing a design team of 2–3 members

• Contributing to the development of structured brand guidelines

• Assisting in the consistent employer branding efforts alongside HR

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual communication

• Creative and strategic understanding of brand management principles

• Proficient in Canva with additional design tool experience being a bonus

• Ability to establish systematic design processes and not just perform operational tasks

• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for quality

• Self-motivated and committed for the long haul
