• Responsible for enhancing and maintaining the visual identity of Deutsche Hilfsbund

• Leading and growing a design team of 2–3 members
• Contributing to the development of structured brand guidelines
• Assisting in the consistent employer branding efforts alongside HR
• Prior experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual communication
• Creative and strategic understanding of brand management principles
• Proficient in Canva with additional design tool experience being a bonus
• Ability to establish systematic design processes and not just perform operational tasks
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for quality
• Self-motivated and committed for the long haul
• Senior volunteer role as Head of Brand Design
• Direct reporting to the Chief Communications Officer
• Fully remote position
• Time commitment of approximately 5–8 hours per week
