• Experience in guiding and developing other designers, with a focus on fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Possess a growth-oriented mindset and the ability to seamlessly transition between strategic planning and hands-on work.
• Strong communication skills, especially in remote work settings, and familiarity with data-driven or workflow-centric tools.
• Proficiency in Figma and other contemporary design tools is a plus.
