• Prior experience leading design for consumer-oriented products, particularly in high-growth or fast-paced settings.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively, with a keen eye for detail.
• Lead with curiosity, empathy, and clarity, adept at recruiting and developing talented designers.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and enthusiastic about innovative opportunities.
• Proficient in Figma and knowledgeable about multi-platform systems (iOS, Android, Web).
