Head of Design

📋 Description

• Take ownership of design strategy, UX architecture, and visual identity for Scribe on web, iOS, and Chrome extension platforms.

• Lead the entire design process for note creation, editing, and EHR integration workflows.

• Establish and guide a top-notch design team (product, UX research, brand).

• Transform physician feedback into refined design systems that enhance note accuracy and streamline editing.

• Develop scalable design systems and component libraries to ensure consistent experiences across different platforms.

• Conduct ongoing user research and testing with physicians to enhance and validate the user experience.

• Implement note template customization with user feedback loop in place.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product or UX design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing intricate AI or data-focused workflows.

• In-depth knowledge of usability, accessibility, and information hierarchy principles.

• Excellent collaboration skills with engineering and product teams.

• Portfolio showcasing high-quality UX designs for technical or clinical applications.
