📋 Description

• Collaborate with key cross-functional leaders to develop strategic roadmaps and priorities

• Ensure the implementation of strong design practices throughout the product development lifecycle, leading to successful and polished launches

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional design experience, with at least 4 years of managerial or mentoring experience preferred

• Demonstrated track record of leading end-to-end product experiences, particularly in web and mobile platforms

• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clarity and compelling narratives in cross-functional settings

• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to define and achieve project objectives

• Leadership style focused on collaboration and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and trust

• Expertise in UX best practices, design principles, and information architecture for responsive web and mobile applications

• Proficient in project planning, time management, and fostering collaboration within teams
