Head of Product Design

📋 Description

• Develop and lead the product design vision, strategy, and implementation process from inception to final product release

• Utilize data, user feedback, and research to translate UX vision into actionable strategies and deliverables

• Collaborate with product designers throughout the design process, from research to wireframing, prototyping, and implementation

• Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure the feasibility and high-quality execution of designs

• Create and manage design systems to maintain consistency and reflect brand identity in product design

• Mentor and guide a team of product designers to promote a strong design culture within the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in developing exceptional user experiences

• At least 3 years of experience in mentoring and developing product design teams

• Demonstrated expertise in UX/UI design across various industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, and consumer goods

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools

• Experience in user research and translating insights into effective design solutions

• Strong leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and effective communication abilities with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
