📋 Description

• Establish a top-tier design team by recruiting and guiding designers who are driven by purpose, not just profit.

• Lead the design efforts for a key product team, overseeing the entire user experience for critical product aspects.

• Collaborate with the VP of Product and CPTO to define the future direction of Freshpaint.

• Enhance our design system to prioritize speed, accessibility, and technical feasibility.

• Implement usability as a key metric through quick, resourceful testing and validation.

• Foster a culture of continuous exploration and meaningful user interaction.

• Shape company strategy by developing clear, compelling product visions based on user requirements.

• Utilize product data and analytics to pinpoint issues and enhance user experience continuously.

• Utilize AI and modern tools to expedite design iteration and testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Design, with a focus on complex B2B SaaS, data analytics, or healthtech platforms.

• Demonstrated expertise in leading or mentoring design teams, showcasing how you've elevated their strategic influence.

• Thrived in fast-paced, resource-limited environments where creativity was crucial for obtaining optimal solutions.

• Proficient in understanding technical aspects and communicating effectively with engineers to enhance user experience.

• Possess a strong toolkit for user research and rapid prototyping, enabling quick validation of ideas.

• Comfortable using metrics and data to drive decisions and shift focus from features to results.
