Head of Product Design

📋 Description

• Kustomer, a leading conversational CRM platform, is dedicated to enhancing every customer interaction.

• We are in search of a skilled Head of Product Design to take charge of our design team and elevate user experiences on our Agentic platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of product design experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles

• Proven track record in developing and implementing design strategies in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams

• Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 5-15 designers in fast-paced SaaS settings

• Extensive knowledge in end-to-end SaaS product design and user experience strategies

• Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma and AI-powered prototyping tools such as Lovable, Bolt, v0

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at an executive level

• Willingness to work from our NYC office when required
