• Lead the development and implementation of the overall experience design vision for ApartmentIQ, in alignment with company objectives and target audiences.
• Manage the design system and strategize its gradual implementation to bring the vision to fruition over time.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize and define new features.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure the successful implementation of features, considering design vision, technical feasibility, and user value.
• Take new features from concept to final design, ensuring a seamless process.
• Conduct user research to gain valuable insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points, utilizing these findings to drive design decisions.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating the impact of your work on business outcomes.
• Previous experience working in a small design team environment and being involved in various aspects of the design process.
• Proficiency in both UX and UI design, with a passion for delving deep into both areas.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in data visualization and interaction design, showcasing a commitment to professional growth.
