• Collaborate closely with the HCD Director and Index Leadership to develop a comprehensive user experience strategy and vision for our products, ensuring consistent quality and outcomes.
• Strategize, create, and implement a unified user research and testing approach aligned with industry best practices.
• Conduct various user research activities, including contextual inquiries, interviews, usability studies, and heuristic evaluations to drive product improvements based on user insights and business requirements.
• Lead discussions on research and design, oversee HCD program efforts, and introduce innovative methodologies for project initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the successful execution of HCD projects and adherence to UX best practices.
• Utilize Design Systems to ensure product consistency and provide feedback to designers and engineers.
• Define and track program KPIs, adjust strategies based on performance, and collaborate with Salesforce teams on design strategies.
• Create low and high-fidelity designs and maintain organized repositories of design documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and ensure data-driven decisions.
• Uphold ethical standards in all work and support business development activities.
• Must be a US citizen or Authorized to Work in the US with recent residency in the country.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of relevant HCD UX experience, including leading design initiatives and managing teams.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research techniques and experience throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, and expertise in human-computer interaction best practices.
• Experience in agile methodologies is a plus.
