📋 Description

• Responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing intricate training and performance support solutions.

• Providing support for the implementation and evaluation of complex training and performance support solutions.

• Building and maintaining relationships with business partners/stakeholders to comprehend training requirements and align solutions with crucial business needs.

• Managing project resources for training development to ensure timely completion.

• Ensuring the instructional integrity of technical training developed by the Dexcom HR Learning & Development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience typically required.

• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and its application.

• Demonstrated success in designing and developing technical, skills-based training.

• Proficiency in designing, developing, and delivering training solutions using various instructional modalities and authoring tools across multiple platforms.

• Experience utilizing a learning management system for both instructor-led and web-based training.

• Ability to create project plans and schedules that integrate resources, tasks, and timelines.

• Proficiency in functioning effectively in high ambiguity situations.
