• Take charge of animation design and implementation; collaborate with the design team to comprehend animation requirements
• Develop and manage project schedules, allocate resources, establish workflow and milestones
• Recognize project and team risks, oversee production status, morale, and communication
• Document, communicate, oversee, and enhance project processes
• Identify areas for enhancement and lead initiatives with teams
• Interpret the Creative Directors' animation vision for gameplay and cinematics
• Provide feedback and validate work to meet quality standards
• Ensure adherence to project direction by working closely with Producers, Animators, and Artists
• Collaborate with the production team to plan the workflow
• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Animation-focused roles
• Demonstrated expertise in animation and team management throughout the game development cycle, from conception to release
• A strong inclination towards leadership/mentoring with a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in delivering products while overseeing a remote team (including conducting team member feedback and evaluation processes)
• Proven working proficiency with tools and software such as Maya, Unity and/or Unreal, as well as project management tools like Clickup
• Ability to work during core studio hours (10am-4pm CST)
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
