• Create visually appealing email designs and collaborate with developers to establish template systems
• Work closely with writers to ensure cohesive messaging across all communications
• Utilize research and insights to validate designs for optimal user experience
• Focus on developing accessible and inclusive design solutions
• Keep abreast of email marketing trends and industry best practices
• Develop a deep understanding of the client's brand to elevate the standard operations
• Effectively communicate design concepts to internal teams and clients
• Identify opportunities for design testing and enhancements
• Prepare design files for development handoff and conduct quality assurance checks
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
• Identify and troubleshoot design risks and issues, escalating when necessary
• Supervise team members, including recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management
• Minimum of 8 years experience in a design or related role
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience in mentoring or managing a team
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with WCAG standards as they relate to email design
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Previous experience with luxury brands or Financial Services industry preferred
• Availability to work east coast hours
