• The ideal candidate will excel in delivering top-notch design work independently and shaping user experiences.
• This role focuses on enhancing the survey creation and respondent flows within the SurveyMonkey platform.
• The Lead Designer will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless transition from concept to production in the survey creation process.
• Responsibilities include driving strategic value, promoting innovative ideas, and advocating for user-centered design principles.
• Collaborate closely with other designers to maintain a cohesive design direction.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in design, with recent experience as a Lead or Senior Designer in product design.
• Demonstrated expertise in Design Systems with at least 4 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Data implementation tools like Amplitude, Pendo, Eppo.
• Familiarity with project tracking using Jira and user research tools.
• Previous experience working with design teams and a strong portfolio showcasing digital design proficiency.
• Proficiency in Figma and preferably experience in a SaaS environment.
